Biography
General Director of Pantheon LLC, coordinator of the republican Left Front, activist of the Free Construction Trade Union in the Republic of Mari El, the Tenth December Movement, and the Mari national movement Vichonar.
Svistunov was detained on 9 November 2012 and his home was searched, according to him, without a court order. On 12 November it was officially reported about the initiation of criminal proceedings under the article on public justification of terrorism. The activist was given a covenant not to leave the country. Incitement to hatred or hostility was also incriminated. In 2013, the case was terminated due to

In 2013, the case was terminated due to the absence of corpus delicti, but it was resumed in February 2014: the decision to terminate the criminal case on justification of terrorism was cancelled and the signs of calls for extremist activity were found. In May 2015, the case was again terminated.
