Biography
A terrorist association case was opened in connection with the activities of Vyacheslav Maltsev's Artpodgotovka movement and the preparation of terrorist attacks in the centre of Moscow due to his alleged involvement in a plan to set fire to hay on Manezhnaya Square. He detained in November 2017, taken into custody on 10 November. Also he accused of preparing arson attacks on administrative buildings and destroying power lines. Tolkachev is not given visits.
On 18 June 2020, he sentenced to 13 years in a strict regime colony. On 10 June 2021, the court of appeal reduced the sentence by two months.
