Andrius Almanis

Lithuanian politician, head of the Institute of Russian Regions established in Lithuania. In June 2024, he participated in the 11th Forum of Free States of Post-Russia. In April 2025, he was included in the list of extremists and terrorists of Federal Financial Monitoring Service. His name is followed by a mark that is usually placed next to the names of those prosecuted under terrorist articles.
