Anna Lepeshkina is one of four basejumpers (amateurs who like to jump from high-rise buildings) who detained on 20 August 2014 in connection with hanging the Ukrainian flag and painting a star on a Moscow high-rise. She charged with hooliganism motivated by political and ideological hatred and vandalism. On 21 August she was placed under house arrest. According to the investigation, the basejumpers jumped off the roof of the building to draw attention to the action. The defence notes that they jumped into an empty courtyard where no one was present. The basejumpers claims they knew nothing about the action. The
