Biography
The partner (unmarried) of former Ukrainian army officer Dmitry Dolgopolov. After the annexation of Crimea in 2014, he joined the Russian Armed Forces, which led to a treason case against him in Ukraine.
In Russia, he and Anna faced similar charges and were detained on 29 September 2017.
She was kept in a pre-trial detention centre in Moscow.
On 28 February 2019, a panel of the North Caucasus District Military Court (Rostov-on-Don) presided by Aleksandr Generalov sentenced two defendants in the Crimean "spy" case - Major of the Russian Black Sea Fleet Dmitry Dolgopolov and his partner Anna Sukhonosova - to 10 years
