Anton Bogatyrev

A resident of Elban (Khabarovsk Krai). At the end of August 2023, he and his friend, Vyacheslav Tsan-Khoyu, a student of the Amur Polytechnic College, were detained by the Federal Security Service Directorate, after which both were sentenced to 15 days of arrest under the administrative article on the demonstration of prohibited symbols (20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) in connection with the pasting of leaflets of the Freedom of Russia legion, which appeared in Elban in the summer on the office of Megaphone and the front door of the tuberculosis dispensary. A case was then brought against Bogatyrev for committing sabotage, as well as sabotage training, participation in a sabotage community, treason, public justification of terrorism and money laundering. On 15 October 2024, Bogatyrev was sentenced to 13 years` in a strict regime penal colony.
