Biography
A native of Belgorod. In 2011, he held the position of head of the analysis department in the macroeconomics department of the administration of the Governor of Perm Krai, then worked in the regional Ministry of Housing and Utilities, and later became the head of the department for the implementation of investment projects and programs in the Housing and Utilities Department of the Perm Administration. At the time of his arrest on 12 October 2022, he was working in the Administrative Buildings Operation Department of Perm. A case was opened against him for preparing to commit state treason and commission

At the time of his arrest on 12 October 2022, he was working in the Administrative Buildings Operation Department of Perm. A case was opened against him for preparing to commit state treason and commission of a terrorist act (both articles for the same action —preparation for arson of a traffic police parking lot, allegedly on the orders of the "Russian Volunteer Corps", which Galeta intended to join), as well as for incitement to terrorism. On 22 March 2024, Galeta was sentenced to 12 years in a strict regime colony.
