Biography
A resident of St. Petersburg. Since 2019, he participated in rallies against the demolition of the building of the former Institute of Paper Industry. He was detained on 8 January 2026, the day the building was demolished. A case of hooliganism was brought against Glukhov: according to the investigation, he sprayed a gas cartridge in the face of a guard who was hired to keep activists away from the building.
