A resident of the Moscow Oblast. His relatives claim that in 2021 Aleksandr Nemchikov, who called himself a special forces veteran, met him and his friends. It follows from the case file that he was an FSB informant and was introduced into the circle of Khripko's friends as early as December 2021, while Khripko's criminal activities, according to the investigation, began after the start of the "special military operation". After their meeting, Nemchikov, according to the support group of Khripko and other defendants, began to systematically provoke discussion of dangerous topics: he offered to look for sponsors in Ukraine, discussed possible terrorist attacks, and criticized the authorities. He recorded all the conversations. Although his friends often disagreed with him, they did not dare to object openly, respecting him as a "veteran".

The support group also claims that Nemchikov suggested that Khripko and others learn how to throw Molotov cocktails in an abandoned, detached building. He also recorded these actions on devices provided by FSB.

The participation in these meetings was later classified as training in terrorist activities, and the investigation claimed that Nemchikov had been recruited into Khripko's community as a person with combat experience.

The support group claims that the "veteran" had been persuading Khripko for months to commit arson of vehicles with medical oxygen at a military unit in Balashikha near Moscow. On 8 May 2023, the young man gave in to persuasion and arrived with the informant at the site, where he was immediately detained. Khripko was accused of organising the activities of a terrorist community, organising training for terrorist activities, and involving a minor in criminal activities. According to the support group, during the investigation he was threatened with legal action against his parents if he refused to plead guilty.

In addition, a case of high treason and sabotage was opened against Khripko in connection with the arson of a complex transformer substation on the railway in Balashikha. The case was separated into separate proceedings.

On 29 July 2025, he was sentenced in the first case to 19 years in a strict regime colony.
