Artem Kanarev

The former deputy of the Tomsk City Duma from the "Yabloko" party. He left Russia after the start of the war. In September 2023, he was stripped of his mandate. In April 2024, Kanarev was put on the wanted list in connection with a case involving calls for activities threatening the security of the Russian Federation.
