An employee of the administration of Nikolaevsk-on-Amur. No later than February 2025, a case was opened against him for calls to extremism. Telegram channel Amur Mash published a video in which he apologised for "calling out for the murder of Russians participating in a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine on the Internet in 2023". On 14 February 2025, Primak died after falling from the ninth floor.
