Artem Tarasov

A resident of Pskov advocated for the independence of the Pskov region. In December 2023, he participated in the "Forum of Free Peoples of Post-Russia," where they represented the "Pskov Republic." In the same month, he was included in the list of terrorists and extremists by Rosfinmonitoring.
