Biography
Activist from the Altai Republic. On 26 August 2025, she was added to Rosfinmonitoring's list of "terrorists and extremists" with a notation that is placed with the names of those prosecuted under terrorist articles.
On 24 September, the activist's home was searched, after which she was detained on a criminal case regarding calls to terrorism because of certain video messages.
SOTAvision noted that on the day of the detention, Arna had to fly to Moscow to deliver thousands of signatures in favour of the resignation of Governor Andrei Turchak.
