Aslan Naptugov

A resident of Karachay-Cherkessia, an entrepreneur, a member of the Independent Association of Doctors, and a supporter of the "citizens of the USSR" movement. On 24 May 2022, he was detained after a search, then the court sent him to custody on charges of participation in the activities of an extremist community. On 14 July 2025, he was sentenced, details are unknown.
