Aziz Khidirbayev

In December 2016, he was taken into custody along with 11 other people in connection with alleged involvement in the Islamist party Hizb ut-Tahrir, which has no relation to terrorism. On 15 February 2019, he was sentenced to 11 years in a strict regime colony.
