Biography
Resident of Crimea. On 5 February 2025, he was detained after a search. The next day he was placed in custody on charges of participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation, namely the Islamic party Hizb ut-Tahrir. The party aims to establish a worldwide caliphate and some of its members have made very radical statements about Israel since the Hamas attack of 7 October 2023. The party is banned in a number of States. Nevertheless, there is no evidence that any of its members were involved in the terrorist attacks. Experts consider the 2003 decision of the Supreme Court
