Bogdan Andreev

A resident of Kansk in the Krasnoyarsk region, who was a minor at the time of the prosecution, was detained in June 2020. His detention followed shortly after two other defendants in the case distributed leaflets in the city in support of Azat Miftakhov and individuals convicted in the "Network" case. On June 11, Andreev was placed under house arrest as part of the case related to receiving training for terrorist attacks. According to Uvarov, Andreev and the third defendant in the case, Mikhailenko, gave statements against him under pressure. Andreev essentially confirmed this during the trial.

In November, a case was initiated against Andreev for participation in the activities of a terrorist community. One of the pieces of evidence used by the investigation was correspondence related to an explosion of the FSB building in the computer game Minecraft. However, these circumstances were not included in the indictment. In March 2021, the charge of participating in the activities of a terrorist community was dropped. On August 17, Andreev was granted a measure of restraint in the form of a ban on certain actions. The court released him from responsibility for the charge related to undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist acts, but retained the charges of manufacturing and storing explosives. On February 10, 2022, Andreev was sentenced to a three-year suspended sentence.
