In 2023, it became known that Litvin was a suspect in the second criminal case, also connected with the activities of Vesna: he was charged with organising the activities of an extremist community, disseminating "fakes" about the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, making calls for activities that threatened the security of the Russian Federation and spreading disrespectful information about days of military glory.
In August 2025, Fontanka reported that Litvin had also been charged with involvement in the activities of an extremist organisation, over posts in the Vesna Telegram channel between July 2023 and November 2024.
