Bogdan Zayats

Resident of Rostov-on-Don, born in Zhitomir (Ukraine). On 29 March 2023, fined 10 thousand rubles on charges of humiliating representatives of the authorities (Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences). Later it became known that a case was brought against Zayats for public justification of terrorism and calls to extremism because of some comments in "VKontakte" (Russian Facebook-like social network) with "calls for a violent change of power of the Russian Federation". Convicted by a court on 31 October 2023, details are unknown.
