Resident of Chelyabinsk and former coordinator of Alexei Navalny's local headquarters.

On 29 May 2018, Zolotarevskii was subjected to a search, during which Jehovah's Witnesses literature was found in his possession. At the time, he was being held in a detention center, serving a sentence related to the 'He Is Not Our Tsar' protest. On 30 May, he was detained as he was leaving the detention centre. The detention was carried out with the involvement of officers from the Centre for Combating Extremism, the military recruitment officers and the head of the detention centre. He was searched again, after which it became known that he was a suspect in a criminal case under paragraph "b" of part 1 of article 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism committed on the grounds of political hatred) in connection with the 'He Is Not Our Tsar' protest on 5 May. On 29 August 2019, the prosecution against Zolotarevsky was terminated.

In January 2019, it became known that Zolotarevskii is a suspect in another case - intentional infliction of harm to health in connection with a conflict between activists of Navalny's headquarters and private security company officers of the Russian Copper Company, which occurred in June 2018 between the M-36 motorway and the village of Tomino in the Chelyabinsk region. The coordinator, together with volunteers from the headquarters, wanted to record a video message for the residents of Chelyabinsk. Presumably, the video was intended to adress the construction of a mining and processing plant, which the activists opposed. According to Zolotarevskii, the guards encircled the activists, started pushing and using physical force, preventing them from taking photos and videos. According to him, one of the men jumped towards him and then "dramatically fell", claiming that it was Zolotarevskii who threw him to the ground. Later, the private security company officer claimed that the activist had injured his leg. The court acquitted Zolotarevskii in this case.
