Resident of Kazan. Supposedly, he was detained on 16 October 2018 and later taken into custody on charges of involvement in the activities of a terrorist organisation. The case was initiated in connection with the activities of the Islamist party Hizb ut-Tahrir, recognised as a terrorist party - in the opinion of a number of experts, groundlessly, as there is no evidence of a link between this party and any terrorist activities.
