Chernykh Elena

Chernykh Elena is a resident of Yelets (Lipetsk region). During the night of November 10, 2023, she was detained near a military enlistment office after throwing a bottle with an incendiary mixture at the building. She was placed under house arrest on charges of committing an act of terrorism. The charge was later reclassified as attempted arson; however, she was not removed from the Rosfinmonitoring list of extremists and terrorists. On June 3, 2024, Chernykh was given a suspended sentence of one and a half years.
