Chingiz Aiylchiev

Born in Kyrgyzstan. On 12 July 2023, he was detained in Moscow and then taken into custody on charges of participation in the activities of an extremist organisation due to his involvement with the peaceful Islamic movement Tablighi Jamaat. On 18 December 2024, Aiylchiev was sentenced to imprisonment in a general regime penal colony.
