Daniil Markin

In July 2017, Markin's flat was searched. He was charged with incitement to religious hatred. He later claimed that he had been under surveillance six months before the search. The case was transferred to the court. On 21 January 2019, the court dismissed the case due to the partial decriminalisation of Article 282 of the Criminal Code.
