Resident of Mineralnye Vody. In September 2023, VKontakte blocked in Russia the community "Mineralnye Vody Revelations", which is administered by Kharchenko. The reason for the blocking was called the publication of "fake information about the actions of the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine". In August 2024, it became known that Kharchenko was put on the wanted list in the case of spreading deliberately false information about the Russian Armed Forces. The reason was the posts in the community about the crimes of the Russian military in Bucha. On 23 January 2025, Kharchenko was sentenced to seven years in absentia.
