Denis Orlov

Tomsk resident. In April 2024, he was included in the list of extremists and terrorists of the Russian Financial Monitoring Service (Rosfinmonitoring). On September, 16th, 2024, Orlov was sentenced to a 500,000 ruble fine (≈$5500 as of 16.09.2024) under the article on public justification of terrorism for commenting on the murder of military correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky.
