Biography
A regular participant at rallies in support of former Khabarovsk Krai governor Sergey Furgal. Posmetyukhin was detained on September 25, 2020, when police and bailiffs tried to arrest Furgalomobile 2.0, a minibus involved in Furgal protests. Law enforcement attempted to force the owner of Furgalomobile 2.0, Andrei Maklygin, out of the cabin, damaging the vehicle and using force against other activists. Posmetyukhin was placed in a temporary prison center for two days when it was revealed that a case of assault against government representatives had been initiated against him. The judge placed him under house arrest on September 28. On

On 20 April, he was sentenced to a year in a settlement colony. On 14 October the court refused to release Posmetyukhin on parole. He was released on 25 January 2022.
