Biography
Chairman of the Yaroslavl Region MMA Federation.
In January 2021, Shibankov was brought to administrative responsibility for his participation in the activities of the international organisations Doctors Against Forced Organ Harvesting and the World Organisation to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong Inc. After that, a criminal case was initiated against him, accusing him of continuing the activities of "undesirable organizations".
He did not admit guilt. According to him, he gave references to the organisations that became the basis of his criminal prosecution in 2016-2018, and they were included in the list of undesirable organisations as early as 2020.

On 28 July 2023, Shibankov was sentenced to 300 hours of community service. On 27 September the appellate court reduced the sentence to 80 hours.
