"Bespalov D.I., following the devised criminal plan, assumed the role of directly recording the video, posing as a casual passerby, capturing the actions of Katanova M.P. and a female participant acting as a model during the photography session against the backdrop of the mosque. He was responsible for providing the obtained provocative video materials to Volkova K.A., who, in turn, would pass them on to Maslennikov R.M. to ensure their widespread distribution on the Internet." On May 25, 2022, a justice of the peace from the judicial district No. 410 in the Meshchansky district of Moscow terminated the criminal case and prosecution, citing the reconciliation of the parties.
