Dmitrii Chibukov

Ukrainian serviceman. He was taken prisoner of war. In February 2024, together with six other servicemen, he was sentenced in a case of murder, attempted murder, cruel treatment of civilians and damage to property. According to the investigation, Chibukov was involved in 'fan' shelling of residential areas in the occupied territory of Donetsk region of Ukraine with fragmentation and active-rocket shells. He was sentenced to 25 years in a strict regime colony. In addition, a case was brought against him for participation in the activities of a terrorist community due to his involvement in the activities of the Azov battalion. In September 2025, the case went to court.
