Dmitrii Kulikov

A resident of Vladivostok. In September 2022, he was detained and taken into custody on charges of high treason: according to the investigation, he passed a photo of the TPP (thermal power plant) to Ukrainian intelligence. A relative told OVD-Info that Kulikov opposed the current government and the war in Ukraine. He was taken into custody. Presumably, in the spring of 2024, Kulikov was sentenced to 12 years in a strict regime penal colony.
