Biography
He lived in Donetsk region (Ukraine), moved to Krasnodar region, studied to become a computer network specialist. On 5th of April, 2024, he was detained and on the next day arrested for 15 days for disobeying a lawful order of police officers (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences): the report stated that he "behaved suspiciously, bent to the ground, looked around, placed stickers, began to run away at the sight of approaching police officers", and the court order stated that he "carried out intelligence activities in the interests of Ukraine for funds in the amount of USD 175".

On 10th of April, 2024, a case was opened against him for participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation: according to the investigation, he cooperated with the "Russian Volunteer Corps". The next day Levin was placed in custody. On 26th of August, 2024, he was also accused of high treason: according to the investigation, he passed information about military facilities to the RVC, as well as to the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. On 6th of March, 2025, Levin was sentenced to 15 years' imprisonment in a strict regime colony.
