Dmitriy Labunskiy

Ukrainian serviceman. On 10 August 2024, he was taken prisoner in the Kursk region. In the same month, a video was published in which Labunskyy claims that his superiors ordered him to shoot civilians in Kursk Region if they resisted. He was prosecuted for committing a terrorist act: threatening civilians with weapons, illegally occupying private homes, obstructing evacuation and repeatedly firing on Russian servicemen and civilians. On 14 March 2025, Labunsky was sentenced to 16 years in a strict regime colony.
