Biography
Deputy of the Moscow district of Severnoe Izmailovo. On 1 February 2021, he was detained and sent under house arrest as part of a criminal case for violation of sanitary and epidemiological rules. Baranovsky was later charged with incitement to violate the rules.
The reason for the case was Baranovsky's post in the social network "LiveJournal" about the upcoming protest action on 23 January. This created a threat of "mass infection of people", according to the investigation. On 22 April, a defendant appeared in the case, who was allegedly influenced by Baranovsky, among others. This defendant admits that he came to the

On August 30th he was sentenced to one and a half years of imprisonment.
