Dmitry Chemerigin

Resident of Karachay-Cherkessia. In April 2024, it became known that a case had been initiated against him under Article 354.1 of the Criminal Code ('Rehabilitation of Nazism'): according to the investigation, he supported the actions of the Nazis and desecrated the "St George's ribbon". Chemerigin was required to sign a covenant not to leave the country. On August 1, 2024, the court sent him to compulsory psychiatric treatment.
