Biography
On April 8, 2017, in Irkutsk, searches were conducted with the participation of the SOBR unit and employees of the "E" Centre (Anti-extremism centre). After that, nine people were detained: Dmitry Litvin, anarchist Igor Martynenko, his girlfriend and mother, freelance correspondent for the "Rain" TV channel Valeria Altareva, as well as several activists from the "Network of Solidarity" initiative.
Later, it became known that a criminal case was initiated against Litvin for insulting the feelings of believers (Part 1 of Article 148 of the Criminal Code) due to the publication of a photo "f**k" against the background of a church on

The other detainees were questioned as witnesses in this case. On April 2, 2018, Litvin announced that the case had been transferred to court.
On September 30, 2019, he was sentenced to 100 hours of community service and released from punishment due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
