Biography
Resident of Shuya (Ivanovo Region). He was detained on 19 March 2022 in connection with the arson of the military recruitment office. During the search, a poster "No to Russia's war against Ukraine!!!" was seized from him. Initially, the case was opened under the article on attempted damage or destruction of property (part 2 of article 167 of the Criminal Code with application of part 3 of article 30 of the Criminal Code), later on committing a terrorist act. At the end of June it became known that Lyamin was transported to Moscow - apparently for psychiatric examination at the

Initially, the case was opened under the article on attempted damage or destruction of property (part 2 of article 167 of the Criminal Code with application of part 3 of article 30 of the Criminal Code), later on committing a terrorist act. At the end of June it became known that Lyamin was transported to Moscow - apparently for psychiatric examination at the Serbsky Centre. For an unknown reason, Lyamin refused a lawyer under the agreement. Human rights defender Ivan Astashin assumes that this was done under pressure.
On 12 April 2023 Lyamin was sentenced to eight years' imprisonment and ordered to undergo compulsory psychiatric treatment at the place of serving his sentence.
In May Lyamin lost both his parents.
