Resident of Anapa. On 22 September 2023, he was arrested for 15 days under the administrative article on failure to comply with police requirements (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences): he was accused of failing to provide the law enforcers with identification documents. Immediately after leaving the special reception centre he was detained again and given 15 days of arrest under the article ondisorderly conduct (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences), because he "shouted loudly, used coarse profanity, did not react to the comments of passers-by, tried to start a fight". He was then transported to Novorossiysk, where he was arrested twice in a row under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences: on one occasion he was arrested for 15 days on the charge that he was drunk in the middle of the night and was trying to run away from the cops. This was followed by two arrests for 15 and 10 days under Article 20.1 of the CAO in Slavyansk-on-Kuban. During one of the sessions in Slavyansk-on-Kuban, Polunin said that he did not consider himself guilty and "repented for speaking out against the military special operation in Ukraine". After that, he was arrested under Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences for 15 days in Krymsk, Tikhoretsk and the village of Vyselki, and for 10 days in the village of Dinskaya, this last decision on administrative arrest was issued on 10 January 2024. In total, Polunin was arrested at least 10 times, he spent 140 days in special reception centres or police departments, after which a criminal case was opened against him for cooperation with a foreign organisation. On 10 July 2024, Polunin was sentenced, details are unknown.
