Dmitry Smirnov

A resident of Novodvinsk (Arkhangelsk region). He was charged with publicly justifying terrorism based on his statements on socialmedia networks where he expressed opposition to war and endorsing the ideology and practice of terrorism. Supposedly, he was sentenced to a fine of 300,000 roubles on 7 February 2024.
