A resident of Moscow. A case of hooliganism was brought against him because, according to the investigation, he beat up an activist of the Orthodox movement "Forty Forty" during the action on 23 January 2021 in support of Alexei Navalny. From Moskalev took a signature not to leave. On 7 May, the court dismissed the case at the request of the investigator, obliging Moskalev to pay a court fine.
