Zakharov is a street artist from Ulyanovsk, he creates works on topical issues, including the use of Christian symbols and images of political figures. In March 2024, Zakharov was searched in the criminal case against Pyotr Verzilov under the article on state treason. A computer and a system unit were seized from the artist. After interrogation he was released. On 26 April 2024, a case of insulting religious feelings was brought against Zakharov.
