Ekaterina Avakova

An accountant of the newspaper "Vpered" in Bataysk (Rostov region). A case of fraud and embezzlement was opened against her. On 11 July 2024, Avakova was sentenced to four years in a general regime colony. In December 2024, the court of appeal reduced the sentence by a month.
