Elena Gerasimova

The case of participation in organising activities of a banned organisation was initiated in August 2013 (later reclassified as participation in activities), and since May 2014 it was transferred from one court to another for several months. Gerasimova was put on a wanted list because she was pregnant and did not attend court hearings. The case was then re-transferred to court in May 2015 and dismissed in August due to the expiry of the statute of limitations period
