Elena Ivashina

A resident of Sak (Crimea). On 15 December 2025, she was detained in a case on the activities of an extremist organisation due to her involvement in the activities of the Jehovah's Witnesses community. Ivashina was placed under arrest. She was accused of financing extremist activities. Representatives of this community are prosecuted under extremist articles solely because of their religious activities - holding meetings and worship services and attracting new supporters.
