On 30 July 2018, detained on suspicion of organising and engaging in the activities of an extremist organisation. On 3 August she was placed under house arrest. On 10 August she was released on her own recognizance.

On 14 February 2020, she was sentenced to a fine of 300 thousand rubles (≈$4700 as of 14.02.2020). On 19 May, the court of appeal reduced the fine to 250 thousand (≈$3425 as of 19.05.2020).
