Elena Singula

A resident of Kirov. In October 2023, a case was initiated against her for financing an "undesirable" organisation. According to the investigation, she, along with four other women, is connected with the activities of the Ukrainian organisations known as Spiritual Centre "Revival" and Vladimir Muntian's Charity Foundation "Revival", which are recognised as "undesirable" in the Russian Federation. On 28 May 2025, Singula was sentenced to 360 hours of community service.
