On 19 April 2018, detained in a case on the activities of an extremist organisation. She was released on her own recognisance. On 12 November 2019, the court returned the case to the prosecutor's office. On 16 December 2020, the court of cassation instance returned the case to the court of first instance. In February 2021, it became known that the prosecution against Zayshchuk was terminated.
