In early April 2025, Z-channels reported about a criminal case against Grigoriadi under an article on the rehabilitation of Nazism. Her friend described the reason for the criminal case to Mediazona as follows: "There [was] a meme - an alky on the background of a St George's ribbon. It was published in a 40-person group that she created drunkenly while she was in Kiev, I think".
In July 2025, she was sentenced to a year of probation. The judicial press service reported that Grigoriadi was convicted because of 5 offensive images on the theme of Victory Day published on 9 May 2022 in the social network community created by her, which were collages with the St. George's Ribbon, the poster "Motherland Calls!" and the Eternal Flame. The court decided that these images express clear disrespect for the memory of the day of Russia's military glory and desecrate the symbols of Russia's military glory.
