Activist from Cheboksary, supporter of the "Citizens of the USSR" movement.

The case against Elvira was initiated in June 2022, initially resulting in travel restrictions. However, in December, she was placed in a pre-trial detention center due to her continued posting of videos and her decision to leave to a monastery.

According to the Telegram channel "Serditaya Chuvashia" (Angry Chuvashia), Elvira extensively discussed the coronavirus pandemic, characterized the current government as criminal, deemed government agencies illegitimate, and criticized Putin's attempts to revive the Soviet Union through armed means.

On May 22, 2023, she received a 2-year suspended sentence.
