Resident of Novosibirsk, former leader of the Novosibirsk Skinhead Unity movement. On 30 August 2017, he was sentenced to eight years in a strict regime colony on charges of attempted drug trafficking (we have no reason to believe that this prosecution was politically motivated). In August 2023, while he was serving his sentence in the colony, he was fined a thousand on an administrative article on the demonstration of prohibited symbols (Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) because of his tattoos. After that, a criminal case was brought against him for repeated public demonstration of prohibited symbols, apparently because of the same tattoos. On 2 January 2024, according to the case file, he should have been released from the colony, but the project "Support for Political Prisoners. Memorial" notes that in the video from the court session he is wearing a prison robe. On 14 February 2024, he was sentenced to two years and seven months in a strict regime colony. On 30 June 2024, a new case was opened against him - on calls to terrorism because of his conversation with other prisoners: according to the investigation, he encouraged them to set fire to and blow up military recruitment offices. On 29 January 2025, Breslavsky was sentenced in this case to three years and eight months in a strict regime colony, taking into account the previous sentence. The text of the verdict states that he was taken into custody in the courtroom.
